MTB Garage Zone, Tomio, Nara

Last Sunday we took a ride up to Tomio to visit the amazing MTB Garage Zone shop. A medium sized serious mountain bike shop located in a residential area a short climb from Tomio station...

The well organised and tidy store is crammed full or some serious MTB kit...

There are beautiful frames hanging everywhere you look...

A few full builds on the shop floor too...

Outside with the staff bikes was a Kuwahara so damn nice we almost cried...

The shop also boasts one of the coolest counters we have ever seen, stacked full of MTB memorabilia and a fully stocked bar...

And then there are the parts. So many lovely parts. We almost filled a memory card just taking pictures of them all...

A friendly, cool, well arranged shop stocking some really nice stuff. If you ride MTB and find yourself in Japan you gotta check this shop out. A big thank you to owner Takaomi-san for letting us take all these photos.
