A Sunday In Sakai

Out in Osaka last Sunday with F-i-N, starting off at Tenno-ji Station for a ride down to Sakai...

Birdie 1.
Doing a bit of street photography on the way down...

Under the bridge.
A chance discovery of a very, very cool coffee shop called Karo, located under the railway tracks in an old storage room...

Karo Coffee.
Then back out on the road heading south...

We Are Traffic.
The essential combini stop...

Birdie 2.
Finally arriving at the OSGP Jam, a BMX contest organised by the Function Junction shop in their skatepark...

Each one teach one.
Bicycle parking.
Refreshments on offer included something called a Coronarita, basically a bottle of Corona emptied into a Margarita...

Choose your weapon.
Which F-i-N just had to try...

Drink responsibly kids.
Out on the ramps the riding was getting serious with the Elite class putting on an amazing display in the final jam session of the day...

Thanks, as always, to Brad and the whole OSGP Jam crew. There will be a full run down of the OSGP Jam action including all the bikes posted here soon.

Birdie 3.
