Epic Vintage & Old BMX

One Schwinn, One Raleigh, One American Flyer.
A few shots taken at the very cool Epic Vintage & Old BMX store in Horie, Osaka. Principally a vintage clothing shop but, as the name suggests, they have a nice fleet of old BMX bikes on sale too...

The shop owner rides a seriously cool, Giracha built Redline...

Gira Cha Coffee, Osaka

We dropped into the (relatively) new Gira Cha Coffee last Tuesday. Located just around the corner from the famous Gira Gira Chariya shop, Gira Coffee is, as the name suggests a coffee shop and so much more...

The shop is packed full of all the usual Gira Gira cool stuff, bikes, parts, bags, accessories, clothing and some very fun and funky cycling memorabilia and toys...

Baby Cal has been immortalized into a logo and his cute little face pops up all over the shop...

Oh yeah, coffee, it is a coffee shop after all, we were getting distracted by all the bike porn on display! The coffee is great as you would expect, a huge menu all expertly served by their resident barista...

A superb shop that is sure to become one of the places to hang out in Osaka. A must visit for any cyclist and/or coffee lover in town. Bikes and coffee, always a winning combination!

Horie Cycle, Osaka

We dropped into the small but funky Horie Cycle on a rainy afternoon last weekend. As it was a wet day the little shop was crammed with the bikes that are usually displayed outside...

We still managed to get a few photos of the cool bikes and parts...

A friendly and fun shop, worth a visit when you are in town. As well as repairs and sales they do some interesting custom builds too, keep up with them via the Horie Cycle Twitter feed.
